When will my package ship?
Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship.

Why haven’t I received my package yet?
If your package is taking longer than expected we recommend you contacting the shipping provider with the tracking number provided by Tress World for the most accurate update. We will also look into your order number to see if the package is delayed do to a delivery issue or incorrect address. Rest assured it's our priority for you to receive your package.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you put the wrong address please contact us immediately to update this error. If your package has already been shipped and is returned to our warehouse you will then be issued a full refund within 3-5 business days so you can repurchase with the correct address. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS, INCLUDING YOUR STREET NAME AND BUILDING/ APARTMENT NUMBER BEFORE HITTING THE PURCHASE BUTTON. It's important to us that you receive your order always.

My delivery was incorrect. What do I do now? 
If your order wasn’t correct please email us with the subject  line “INCORRECT ORDER” in all caps. We will reply within 24-48 business hours to your email.

Why is it saying my order/shipping was cancelled?
If you received an email saying your order/shipping was cancelled it is because a new label is being created for your order. You will be sent a new tracking number. Please disregard the first one. This can also be the case if your order is flagged as fraud, an automatic refund will be processed to you.

How do I get a refund? 
All sales are final once products have been received due to safety precautions. We are only processing refunds once packages are returned to the warehouse by the postal service due to insufficient address, replacing incorrect orders or damaged items.

Why did Tress World refund my order?
If you received a refund it’s because your package was returned to our warehouse, this could be  due to an incorrect address or postal error. This can also be the case if your order is flagged as fraud, an automatic refund will be processed to you.

 Why hasn’t someone emailed me back?
